If you’re a new customer trying to activate a Mobile Broadband SIM, please note the following:
If you bought from an O2 store, please go into any of our stores with proof of purchase to get a refund.
If bought from another retailer, such as Amazon, please go back to the retailer to get a refund.
If you’re an existing customer, you’ll have received communications from O2 letting you know we are closing the service. In order to obtain a refund for any data not used on your account, you’ll need to call O2 customer services on 0344 8090222 to provide your contact details so we can process your refund request.
